Office Visits
In addition to our regular weekday appointments, evening, weekend and emergency visits are available. All office visits must be scheduled. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Our physicians are on-call 24/7 for emergencies. Our staff are available to answer any questions you may have.

Insurance & Financial Policies
Please remember to bring your insurance card for your first visit, as we will need to make a copy for our record.

Most podiatric medicine services are covered by Medicare, HMO's, group and individual insurance plans. Depending upon the carrier, our staff will submit claims electronically for your convenience.

Co-payments and non-covered service payments are to be paid at the time of your visit. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Our business manager and staff are always available to answer your questions and be of assistance whenever possible.
