Covid-19

Dear Valued Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. We have been monitoring the status of Covid-19 closely and we are excited to announce that our offices are re-opening. We want to assure you that we will maintain a safe environment for you during your visit.

In order to keep our patients and staff safe, we have implemented new policies and procedures that will limit your exposure and keep our office as clean and safe as possible.

Here are some things you may need to know before arriving:

Mandatory Screenings: Prior to your appointment you will be asked questions regarding your health.  At your scheduled appointment time, your temperature will be taken before you are allowed access to the building. The door will be locked and you must knock and someone will come to assist you. We would prefer, you to wait in your car and call us from your cell phone and we will let you know when you can enter the building.

Face Masks: All patients and staff are required to wear a mask or other appropriate face covering when entering the building and while being treated. Any face covering is acceptable, including a bandanna. A medical grade mask is not required.

Limited Visitors: Please come by yourself unless you have a medical condition that requires a caregiver but they must wait in their vehicle.

Wait Time: We are limiting the number of patients in our office at any given time, so please arrive promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be rescheduled. We are not using our waiting room and you will be escorted directly to a treatment room. We are minimizing the patient to patient contact and limiting the number of patients scheduled per day.

Social Distancing: While in the office please be sure to keep six feet of distance between individuals at all times.

Cleaning and Disinfecting: Exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every patient visit and are deep cleaned nightly. Our cleaning protocols follow the current infection prevention guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention using hospital grade disinfectants. This includes all common areas and high touched surfaces continuously throughout the day.

You can trust that we will deliver quality medical care in the safest setting possible. We wish you and your family the best during these challenging times and look forward to serving your podiatry needs with your safety as our top priority.
