Dr. Novicki, a noted international author and lecturer, graduated from Providence College in 1969 and Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1974. He has served as past president of: The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, 1994, the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, 1987 and the Connecticut Podiatric Medical Association, 1992. He is Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedics, Yale University School of Medicine and Chief, Section of Podiatric Surgery at Milford Hospital.
Dr. Parks graduated from Northeastern University Cum Laude in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2005 and completed his three year medical and surgical residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He is Board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. DeMatteo-Santa graduated cum laude with a bachelors degree in Neuroscience from Fairfield University in 1999. She went on to graduate cum laude from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2005. She then completed her residency training at Yale University Hospital where she was trained extensively in elective and reconstructive foot surgery and management of the diabetic foot. She is board-certified both with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle surgery, in which she is certified in forefoot surgery. Dr. DeMatteo-Santa joined our staff in June 2020 after practicing in Norwalk, CT for nine years.
Dr. Arij Rashid graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors of Science degree in health sciences and biological sciences. He then graduated from Barry University in Miami, Florida with his doctorate in Podiatric medicine. He completed his residency training at the prestigious Yale New Haven Health in Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgery with added credentials in reconstructive rearfoot surgery. During residency he earned the intern of the year award and the Gary P. Jolly Academic Achievement award, and served as chief resident in his final year. He is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Rashid currently resides in Westville with his wife, Dr. Rumzah Paracha.
